Daryl has been involved in many precedent-setting cases and has appeared at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Daryl has extensive trial and appeal experience and has often represented clients at mediations and arbitrations. He regularly negotiates and drafts cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements.
Daryl has contributed to educational resources for the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association and has helped to create professional development seminars on a variety of topics. He has published articles in several legal periodicals and co-authored a chapter in the legal text, Evidence in Family Law.
